Drop Shippers

Pinnacle Peak Trading offers drop shipment services to qualified buyers.

Pinnacle Peak Trading Drop Ship Policy

1.  All drop shippers must meet our basic qualifications for a reseller.  Please provide to us your name, business name, address, and phone numbers prior to your first drop shipment.  In addition, we will require that  you fax to us a copy of your current reseller tax ID certificate.

2.  We will add a $5 drop ship handling fee to every drop shipped order.

3.  All drop ship orders must be entered via our online catalog and order entry system. 

4.  All invoices for drop shipments will be emailed to the drop shipper.  We will not be sending invoice copies via the mail.

5.  All drop shipments must be paid with a credit card at the time of shipment.

6.  Any items returned to Pinnacle Peak Trading may be charged a 15% restock charge.  This charge would not apply to a return that was caused by a PPTC error.  If you have an item that needs to be returned, please contact PPTC for a return authorization number.  All requests for product returns must be requested within 5 days of the customer's receipt of the product.

7.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8.  All UPS shipments will be insured for $100.  Pinnacle Peak Trading is not responsible for any amounts over the $100 insured value.  UPS requires a valid street address for all shipments (NO post office boxes). 

9.  The drop shipper is responsible for all UPS claims for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  PPTC will assist the drop shipper with any necessary information, but it will be the drop shipper's responsibility to file and track any UPS claims.

10.  The drop shipper is responsible for any extra UPS charges that result due to unaccepted or refused delivery items and any address correction charges.

11.  The Drop Shipper is also offered USPS for our shipments.  USPS is a cost effective method of shipping, however, please note that USPS shipments are NOT insured if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.  Drop shipper is 100% responsible.  PPTC assumes NO liability.

12.  Minimum order requirements do not apply to items that are drop shipped.

13.  Pinnacle Peak Trading, at the drop shipper's request, will ship our products to anywhere in the world.  Please note, however, that Pinnacle Peak Trading will assume NO liability with shipments that are made outside of the USA

14.  Customs require a copy of your invoice to your customer for ALL international UPS shipments.  If you are requesting for us to ship UPS outside of the USA, you must fax or email to us a copy of your invoice to your final customer.  Your customer is responsible for any and all taxes and service fees that are charged to them by their government's customs agency and local shipping provider.

15.  Most of our products are extremely seasonal.  In addition, many of our items that we import have very long delivery times.  Our online system provides real time inventory information, so you will know at the time of the order whether or not an item is in stock.

16.  Our drop ship program has been very successful.  We welcome your ideas on ways that we may improve the program.  Please note, however, that the drop ship policy may be changed or revised at any time.
